Consultation on transition plan has been extended at request of First Nations
Consultation on the transition plan to remove open-net pen salmon farming from BC waters has been extended at the request of First Nations. “The basic problem is the department (DFO) has never done any serious work on transition planning in the four years it’s been stated government policy.
