Washington’s Department of Natural Resources commits to land-based salmon farming, signing an agreement with Sustainable Blue, a Nova Scotia Atlantic salmon farming company. Great to see Washington State using Canadian technology as a key part of their transaction from open-net pen salmon farms. It’s time to transition the 65 remaining open-net pen farms in BC.
